I just wanted to thank you for all your help arranging our trip to Croatia in May. We were very happy with the trip and would not hesitate to recommend it to any of our friends who may want to take a similar trip. May was a beautiful time to go as the temperatures were around 18-22 degrees each day and we had beautiful blue skies. It was lovely for touring around. Apparently they had a rainy spring this year and up to the week before we arrived the weather was still wet so we got really lucky!

The trip was fabulous. Croatia is totally beautiful in an undeveloped rocky coastline way, unbelievably clear water, the islands are much farther apart by sailboat than I had imagined. We had to ditch one of them and reconfigure our sailing plans because there just wasn't time to get there. Our skipper was great. and who was an absolute pro. We had to cook and sleep in tight spaces and there's nowhere to go but everyone adjusted and relaxed. Sam brought a guitar so there was always music. We spent the night in little coves that had maybe a dozen houses and one restaurant in them. Little lost nooks. The "bigger" towns are fabulous little medieval jewels, as intriguing as any medieval Italian town in Tuscany. Dubrovnik is like a stage set. The Dubrovnik Palace hotel is awesome and we really loved being there after all that time on the sailboat.

Dear Filip, We have just returned from our Croatia Trip and it was so very good. You did an excellent job with all the set ups and the days at the different places were perfect. Our driver that took us the last day to Sas and Slovinci was so very very good. He made our first visit with our non English speaking relative very nice. Maya, now that I am beginning to recover from jet lag, I'd like to share with you some comments and reactions about our recent wonderful trip in Croatia. Despite the frequently inclement weather, we felt the trip was a great success. Your planning for us was efficient - drivers and guides were always prompt and helpful. The choice of hotels was excellent. We felt that all of our private guided tours were well done with knowledgeable guides who spoke excellent English. I think the amount of time we had in Zagreb was abut right - and the hotel was excellent. We had strukli at the hotel and kremsnita at Vincek bakery and they were great. I do want to reiterate that the trip was, on the whole, wonderful despite the weather (we knew October could be iffy). I commend you for virtually all aspects of your tour management and I will be happy to recommend you to others, as I have with my good friend.

Kevin & I chose Italy and Croatia for our honeymoon, and we thought we would spend months planning it. The companies we were finding online had poor offer and questionable existence. Then a friend from Solana Beach recommended Adriatic Luxury Journeys with office in La Jolla, California which is very close to us. We checked their offer online, called them and made an appointment. We met with Filip at their office and he had our honeymoon itinerary drafted in no time. We just came back from our honeymoon this September, and we had an amazing time. We really, really loved our Romantic Hvar honeymoon! This was a perfect choice for us as we did not want to move around too much. Our room at the Adriana was gorgeous and we could not have asked for more! Thank you Ann for suggesting a few extra days in Split. The rafting on Cetina was awesome. We will never forget our time on Hvar. What a delightful place! Sophie and I got to explore the entire island, and were thrilled with our guide who showed us some incredible diving spots. Our private sailing trip to Brac was out of this world, and we were pleasantly surprised with the delicious lunch that you secretly planned for us. We even went biking on the island, did some shopping, and loved our romantic dinners in town. We are so grateful to you for all the detailed planning.

My fiancé and I did a thorough research for the best company specialized in honeymoons to Croatia & the Adriatic coast, and we opted for the Adriatic Luxury Journeys. We spoke with Maya and she had first-hand immense and valuable knowledge of every little thing about Croatia. She was patient, trustworthy, professional and very creative. We had the Dalmatian Romance honeymoon customized for us with private yacht excursions to the islands of Korčula and Mljet, a private tour of Montenegro and wine tasting with picnic lunch on Pelješac Peninsula. We received list of best local restaurants, we visited wineries, olive oil productions, and local fig farms. We have just recommended Adriatic Luxury Journeys to our friends who are getting married in spring of 2012. Matt and I hope to get back to Croatia again, hopefully as a family. Hello Filip, I just wanted to thank you for your assistance in planning our recent Croatian trip. As you know, we visited four cities—Zagreb, Opatija, Split and Dubrovnik—and everything about our trip was just perfect! The accommodations were absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the Hotel Regent Esplanade in Zagreb (its breakfasts were so elegant) and the Hotel Bellevue in Dubrovnik (which upgraded us to a suite which had a commanding view of the Adriatic Sea). Also, staying at the Hotel Vestibul in Diocletian’s Palace was a truly memorable experience. It was my 60th birthday when we were in Split and we celebrated my birthday by dining in Hotel Vestibul's outdoor café. I can't thank you enough for arranging the drivers, who transported us to each city and the airports. Not only were the drivers always on time, but they were friendly and conversed with us about Croatian sightseeing and cuisine. We also had the opportunity to meet some of my relatives who live in the small town of Smrika, which is near Rijeka. Without your help, our Croatian trip would not have been the memorable experience it was! Thank you Adriatic Luxury Journeys for creating an incredible honeymoon itinerary for us. Will and I just returned from Croatia and we still can't believe what an awesome time we had. The Regent Esplanade in Zagreb was grand and we adored the upper town and the charming Tkalčićeva. The couple of days in Lake Bled and Ljubljana was really a good idea. We both like horses so we stopped by at Lipica stud farm. My favorite time was a tour of Istrian countryside with a visit to tiny town of Motovun. I think we had a best dish of pasta with truffles ever! Our private guide in Istria was really great, she spoke perfect English and gave us a very interesting tour of Pula, Poreč and took us to some best art galleries in Rovinj, too. We enjoyed the Le Méridien in Split and loved the time at the pool, there. Our favorite part was our private excursion on yacht to the islands of Hvar and Korčula, then Mljet and Dubrovnik. The Lešić Dimitri Palace is an absolute heaven! We did not want to leave there, ever. Our drivers were great, and the staff from your local office was always warm, friendly and helpful. We took so many wonderful pictures from our hotel room in Dubrovnik. Croatia was such a great choice for our honeymoon, and we are both happy to found your company. Again, thank you.
