And its beauty captivated IV century Roman Emperor
Diocletian, who built his palace
here. Continue with a visit to
the Cathedral, which is
considered one of the oldest in
the world. After lunch, drive on
to the idyllic town of Trogir,
which is also listed in UNESCO's
world cultural list of protected
heritage spots.
Taka a ferry ride to the
Island of Hvar. Having been
recently voted one of Europe's
ten most beautiful islands,
sunny Hvar is, without doubt,
the most seductive of the
Dalmatian islands. Take a boat
ride to the island of Bievo and
explore the "blue cave". They
are a natural phenomenon, and
only accessible by small fishing
boat.
Continue your drive to
Dubrovnik, the world’s most
enchanting small city. Tour
Dubrovnik's Old Town and visit
Franciscan and Dominican
Monasteries, the Rector’s Palace
and Dubrovnik Cathedral. Drive
through the Dubrovnik
countryside to Cavtat and Konavle Valley.
Drive to the small village of
Trstenik and take a ferry to the
island of Mljet. Enjoy the
serenity of the most densely
wooded island of the Adriatic,
that includes its two inner
lakes and the XII century
Benedictine Monastery. Enjoy the
lovely, secluded sandy beach,
and some sea kayaking or diving.

ITINERARY
|
Day 1: Arrive Split
Upon arrival to Split you pick up your car rental and drive to
your hotel in Split. The remainder of the day is spent in quiet leisure. Radisson Blu,

Day 2: Split
Experience the unique charm of the southern Mediterranean. It
resides in Split - the largest city along the Adriatic coast. And its beauty
captivated IV century Roman Emperor Diocletian, who built his palace here.
Continue with a visit to the Cathedral, which is considered one of the oldest in
the world. After lunch, drive on to the idyllic town of Trogir, which is also
listed in UNESCO’s world cultural list of protected heritage spots. Browse food
and craft markets, art galleries and quaint shops, or spend some free time
lounging on the beach or in a leisurely walk along the seashore. Radisson Blu,

Day 3: Split/Hvar
Take a ferry ride to the Island of Hvar. Having been recently
voted one of ten most beautiful islands, sunny Hvar is, without doubt, the most
seductive of the Dalmatian islands. Visit one of the first communal theaters in
Europe, which was built in 1612 and is called the Arsenal. Then tour the famous
“Tvrdalj” Palace of Petar Hektorović. Drive around the island and admire the
lush vegetation, vineyards, olive groves, and endless fields of lavender. Hotel

Day 4: Hvar
Take a boat ride to the island of Bievo and explore the “blue
cave". They are a natural phenomenon, and only accessible by small fishing
boat. The caves offer an unforgettable experience and unique light effects,
especially when sunlight is reflected into the caves from off the sea. Continue
on to Komia whose inhabitants are believed to be the best fisherman in the
entire Adriatic! Hotel

Day 5: Hvar/Dubrovnik
This morning take a ferry whirl to Split, and continue your
drive to Dubrovnik, the world’s most enchanting small city. Tour Dubrovnik’s Old
Town and visit Franciscan and Dominican Monasteries, the Rector’s Palace and
Dubrovnik Cathedral. Drive through the Dubrovnik countryside to Konavle Valley.
Then after lunch at a local restaurant, continue to the picturesque town of
Cavtat. Hotel

Day 6: Dubrovnik/Mljet/Dubrovnik
Drive to the small village of Trstenik and take a ferry to the
island of Mljet. Enjoy the serenity of the most densely wooded island of the

Monastery. Enjoy the lovely, secluded sandy beach, and some sea kayaking or
