Day 1: Arrive Zagreb
Arrive in Zagreb airport and take a private transfer to your
hotel. Spend the rest of the afternoon at your leisure enjoying the city at your
own pace or relaxing in your hotel. Overnight in Zagreb.
Day 2: Zagreb
Zagreb is a city with endless charm and history to discover. The
city dates back to the medieval days, so the architecture is absolutely
stunning. The sightseeing tour will bring you to St. Mark's church in the Upper
Town and the Lotršćak Tower to see the most beautiful view of the city. There
will be enough time for a delicious fresh baked pastry and a cup of excellent
coffee in one of the side walk cafes in Gornji Grad. Or dine on some great
home-made cheese and wine as you chat with friendly locals at Dolac, the lively
open air market. Overnight in Zagreb, (B).
Day 3: Zagreb/Plitvice/Split
Today you will take a day trip to the exquisite Plitvice Lakes
National Park, one of Europe’s largest nature reserve parks. Plitvice is also a
UNESCO World Heritage Site and a fantastic place to get outdoors and experience
the lush green landscapes and fresh air in Croatia. Walk, hike or bike your way
through the park and enjoy the emerald green waters and bubbling waterfalls that
characterize this gorgeous park. Then continue to Split for the evening.

Day 4: Split
In Split, you will tour the historic inner city, built around
the Roman Emperor Diocletian's Palace. The palace is a UNESCO World Cultural
Heritage site and is known for its irregular shape. View the remnants of Split's
Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, The Temple of Jupiter and
the Cathedral. Experience the Peristil, a public meeting place within the palace
walls which becomes an open air stage in the summer when the Split Summer
Festival takes place. Overnight in Split, (B).
Day 5: Split
Today you will have the choice to stay in Split or take an
optional day trip to the stunning island of Hvar. Hvar is one of the most
exciting and breathtaking islands in Europe. The island is covered in lush
Mediterranean vegetation including fragrant lavender and rosemary fields. Enjoy
the serenity of this lovely island. Overnight in Split, (B).
Day 6: Split/Dubrovnik
There is an included walking tour of the Old Town this evening.
Visit the Rector's Palace known for its many reconstructions over the years.
Continue to Sponza Palace, the Bell Tower Clock and Orlando's Column a symbol of
Croatian independence from the Venetians. You will also see the Dominican
Monastery and Franciscan Monastery. Its pharmacy is one of the oldest in the
world. The rest of the day is at leisure for you to enjoy the fascinating
history of this city. Overnight in
Dubrovnik, (B).
Day 7: Dubrovnik
Another full day in Dubrovnik to enjoy the best the city has to
offer. Take an optional trip to the gorgeous island of Korčula, the birthplace
of Marco Polo. Korčula is known for its gothic architecture and stunning views.
Or choose to do a sea-kayaking tour on the island of Koločep. Or perhaps
consider a day trio to nearby Montenegro, or a tour through Mostar in Bosnia.
Whatever you like to do, the possibilities are endless, and you will surely find
a way to take in all the wonders of this amazing city! Enjoy your last evening
in Dubrovnik by enjoying a delicious meal at an authentic restaurant and enjoy
the local cuisine. Overnight in Dubrovnik, (B).
Day 8: Dubrovnik
Depart Dubrovnik.
